Jennifer Thompson was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and there was no pressure to buy. She explained all the services available and informed me that because I bought Sealy I was eligible for 2 free pillows and a mattress cover. I enjoyed interacting with a female sales associate and feel confident that I will be happy with my purchase. Thank you and I would refer Sleep Outfitters!
